  • We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom (UK). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

PLEASE NOTE :

  • For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact our support team at help@cueballmasters.com.
  • The shipping time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force major, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.
  • If your order does not arrive in a timely manner or is held up in the carrier’s possession, please contact our support team at help@cueballmasters.com.
  • We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. Changes On Orders :

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 2 Hours of placing your order at help@cueballmasters.com, since our order system is automated.

Tracking Indicates Delivery, Yet Item Not Received ?

If the tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members in case the package was delivered to them by mistake.
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email to ensure accuracy.
  3. Contact the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery status and request proof of non-delivery.
  4. Provide us with the proof of non-delivery so that we can promptly issue a refund for your order.
